Saw this beast on the side of the road. Took pics for a coworker looking for a bike to make a cafe racer out of. The guy selling it stopped and talk to me for a minute. He says it runs great, is loud like a Harley, needs a new back tire but he doesn't care and would drive it like it is, needs a new battery and he would take $400 for it. He didn't seem to know much about it other than that. When I told him my buddy was looking for a project bike he told me that "it wasn't much of a project." Yeah, sure.

Hmm, an old Kawasaki with cut exhausts and drum brakes...

$400 if the engine and gearbox and chain are good, *and* you like working on metric bikes.
